This year at Altitude Summit, I met the most amazing person, Miggy of This Little Miggy Stayed Home. We had chatted online, but this was the first time we had the opportunity to spill our guts and really dive deep into both of our experiences as mothers of children with special needs. Our stories are very different, but our emotions, our shared hope for our daughters, and our relationships with doctors, nurses, hospitals follow the same thread.
I plan to do a Cloudy Day Interview with Miggy soon, but for now you can learn more about her by checking out her site This Little Miggy Stayed Home. You will be sure to leave inspired. AND while you are over there, stop by this article - Special Needs Spotlight: Matilda to read my interview with her. My favorite answer is to the very last question, so be sure to make it all the way to the end.
And, don't forget that it is National Donate Life Month! This is the perfect opportunity to share Matilda's story and start a conversation about pediatric organ donation.
