I worked with Julia for a while and loved every second of it. We spoke on the phone several times a week for meetings, and I always hung up feeling like I was saying goodbye to a great friend. We still talk often, and I think the world of her!
How do you manage, cope, endure, and overcome your own cloudy days?
I try to regroup and find time for something I enjoy! Even if it's a good book or sitting on my back porch for five minutes. Oh, and sunlight, sunlight always helps!
Here is a snippet off of Julia's about page on her site Tag and Tibby:
My heart is 100% for my family. They are the main reason I choose to work from home over a corporate career. I've been married just over 11 years and we have a 9 and 7 year old who are zany and silly and a lot of fun.
I occasionally talk about my family on this site, but not in detail. I do my best to respect their privacy while occasionally sharing about how autism impacts our family from a positive perspective. My husband and I LOVE to thrift store shop! We go almost every Sunday after church, and often on Saturday mornings, too. No joke, about 50% of our furniture is from the thrift store.
My faith in Christ is very much a part of my personal life. We love our grace + truth based church. I love a good fiction book, and get WAY too excited when I discover a new BBC period drama on Netflix or Prime.
