We have a family tradition of cleaning on New Year's Eve. As much as I love the holiday season and all that it brings, I need that fresh and clean start for the new year. As we work together as a family, we also reminisce about the previous year's accomplishments.
Which is why I was thrilled to partner with Minted this year for our holiday cards. In the past, we have typically sent out a simple postcard with a family photo. This year we chose to do a yearly recap on the back. It was a fun family challenge to name all the things we felt particularly proud of. Parker learned to read, Tyler and Kelly both earned work trips to California, and Matilda was featured in an ad campaign in support of organ donation.
We were also able to customize a stamp with an extra picture of the kids, which was a fun new touch from previous years. And, I felt spoiled by Minted when they printed all the recipient addresses on envelopes (you can have this done too, with no extra charge).
So, while we pack up memories from last year and gather new aspirations for a fresh start in the coming year, we also wish each of you the happiest of new years!
