I met Ida last year at Alt. She was waiting for her friends and I had a few minutes to spare, so there we found ourselves chatting like old friends. She is warm, genuine, and kind!
How do you manage, cope, endure, and overcome your own cloudy days?
Workout. It's hard to get up and go, but I have to remind myself that once I'm there I will feel much, much better!
What advice do you have to offer those struggling right now?
Keep going, keep living, keep your head up. The cloudy days will break and the sun will shine soon! Guaranteed!
Here is a bit more about Ida from her website Pennymon Presents:
"Driven, innovative and cool under pressure. These are the most common words you’re likely to hear when asked about Denver native and Pennymon Presents founder Ida Pennymon. She utilizes all these skills and more as a highly sought after event planner with a flair for producing memorable experiences that make a lasting impression. Whether it’s planning a festival for thousands or a fashion show for a few hundred, Ida can do it all! Her work in the event and marketing industry allows her to travel around the country creating “out-of-the-box” productions for clients.
Ida’s event production prowess paired with her passion for fashion and pop culture inspired her to start Pennymon Presents. In a short period of time, she has become a go-to resource for chic and dynamic events!
Ida enjoys spending time with her one year-old son, running outdoors, reading the latest celebrity news, and watching Big Bang Theory re-runs with her husband, Ben."
