Halloween 2015 might go down as one of the very best. We went to a play date earlier in the day and had so much fun watching the kids play games, laugh, and run around. Parker had the most fun handing out candy at the door, while Matilda loved walking the neighborhood in her costume. We really love our new neighborhood!
At one point the kids were inside counting their candy and reading spooky books with their Papa, while I sat outside in a chair under the stars handing out candy and watching the kids walk in the street. It felt like I was right in the middle of a movie scene. People waving and saying hello, kids laughing from excitement and waddling past in homemade costumes. For a moment, it felt like I went back in time to my own childhood - simply perfect.
