My sister came to visit us all the way from Alaska. She brought with her stories about salmon, village characters, and exciting adventures ahead of kayaking the river, avoiding lake monsters, and trips to Thailand.
Meghan is a free spirit and the kids fed off of her excitement, playfulness, and infectious laughter. The hardest part is that we don't know when we will see her again. And because she is often without internet service, we can't even guarantee a video chat.
