Making a statement with balloons is one of my very favorite things, but the key is to go big or go home. I used huge 36-inch balloons for Parker's 1st birthday, covered the ceiling when I threw a party at Alt, and lined a fence with white balloons for Matilda's 2nd birthday bash.
