Coconut Delight
Ingredients:
two classic graham crackers
chocolate (I used dark only because my milk chocolate had melted)
shredded coconut
marshmallow
Okay, so The Adirondack was my favorite because it made me feel cool for thinking of it, but this one is definitely the tastiest! The way that the coconut gets surrounded by the marshmallow and the chocolate melts it all together - perfection I tell you. Perfection. I put the chocolate on one graham and the coconut on the other and then carefully slid the marshmallow into place between everything. You guys, it was good.
