I could not find any St. Patrick's Day shirts that I loved for Parker this year, so I decided to make my own. Here is how you can make your own, too.
Materials: shirt, stencil*, fabric paint, tape, and sponge brush
Process: Tape your stencil to your shirt. With an up and down motion, blot the paint gently over the stencil. Once everything is evenly coated with paint, remove the tape and stencil carefully. Allow the shirt to dry for a few hours, and then plop it in the dryer for at least 15 minutes to set the paint into the shirt - creating a permanent bond.
Time: This project took fifteen minutes - including cutting the stencil with the Cricut Explore, but not including drying time.
*stencil: I used my Cricut Explore to cut my stencil! I picked a design already available in the Cricut Design Space that fit the theme of St. Patrick's Day. I bought stencil material from a local craft store, set the dial to heavy poster board, and pressed GO. So easy, so fun!
